• Wardrobe content. Clothing items, colors, categories, materials, fit, style preferences, outfit history, favorites, ratings, and saved suggestions.
• Photos and generated images. Photos you choose to upload, garment cutouts, generated outfit images, and related image metadata.
• Location and weather data. Location permission may be used to provide weather-aware outfit recommendations. You can control location access in iOS Settings.
• Usage and diagnostics. App interactions, feature usage, crash logs, performance data, device type, OS version, and similar technical data.
• Support information. Messages or information you provide if you contact us.

How Information Is Used

We use information to:

• Provide wardrobe, outfit, styling, weather, and image-generation features.
• Save and sync your wardrobe and preferences across devices.
• Authenticate your account and protect app security.
• Generate personalized recommendations.
• Improve app performance, reliability, and user experience.
• Debug issues, investigate crashes, and prevent abuse.
• Comply with legal obligations.

Photos, Wardrobe Data, and AI Features

When you upload photos or request generated images, Modera may process those photos, wardrobe details, prompts, and generated outputs through cloud services and AI/image-generation providers. These services are used to provide the requested app functionality.

You should avoid uploading photos or content that includes sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your use of the app.

Third-Party Services

Modera may use service providers such as:

• Firebase and Google Cloud. Used for authentication, database storage, cloud functions, storage, analytics, crash reporting, and performance monitoring.
• Apple. Used for Sign in with Apple and iOS platform services.
• AI or image-generation providers. Used to process wardrobe and outfit-generation requests.
• Weather data providers. Used to support weather-aware outfit recommendations.

These providers process information on our behalf or as needed to provide their services.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

We may share information:

• With service providers that help operate Modera.
• If required by law, legal process, or to protect rights and safety.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
• With your consent or at your direction.

Data Retention

We retain account, wardrobe, image, and outfit data while your account is active or as needed to provide Modera.

We may retain some data longer where required for security, backups, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data through the app.

Your Choices

You can:

• Control photo, camera, and location permissions in iOS Settings.
• Sign out of your account in the app.
• Request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information.
• Contact us with privacy questions or requests.

Signing out does not automatically delete cloud-synced account data.

Children's Privacy

Modera is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate.

U.S. State and International Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information.

You may also have the right to appeal a privacy request decision.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice in the app or through other appropriate means.
